Our methodology
1
Preliminary product analysis Each shipment begins with a complete evaluation of product type, thermal stability, regulatory requirements, potential risks, and time constraints.
2
Selection of qualified packaging We use validated Dry Shippers, high-performance isothermal boxes, passive/active packaging, and validated thermal maintenance systems. Each package is selected according to temperature, duration, destination and product sensitivity.
3
Pre-conditioning and preparation Before each shipment: package stabilization, nitrogen level checks for cryogenics, gel pre-loading, probe insertion if needed, and complete compliance checklist.
4
Secure transport & 24/7 supervision During transport, we ensure continuous operational monitoring, management from Paris and Marseille, proactive alerts in case of issues, immediate replanning if necessary, and clear communication with the client.
5
Receipt control Upon delivery: verification of thermal compliance, package inspection, POD confirmation, and complete documentation provided to the client.
Complete traceability

All shipments benefit from complete visibility:

  • operational monitoring
  • schedules
  • routes
  • temperature reports
  • proof of delivery

Transparency is a core value of PulseLog.

Rigor, precision and responsibility

Temperature-controlled transport is a business of rigor and responsibility. PulseLog has made it its specialty to ensure that each product arrives at its destination in its original state, stable, secure and compliant.
